Ecova Unveils new Customer Engagement Tech for Utilities


Global smart grid tech company Ecova has launched a new customer engagement solution to help utilities improve communication with consumers.

The launch of the technology follows the acquisition of data analytics firm Retroficiency by the Washington State headquartered company.

In a press statement, Ecova claims its new ‘Retroficiency Analytics Platform’ allows utilities to increase customer satisfaction and adoption of programmes.
