OLIVIER DE JONGHE D’ARDOYE

CHIEF INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER

As the company’s chief business development officer for international expansion, Olivier de Jonghe d’Ardoye is responsible for the development of Ecova outside of North America. This includes leading key functions such as sales and marketing, as well as the back-end support areas like finance, human resources, and legal at a regional level. He also works closely with the rest of the management team on global strategy, including assessing mergers and acquisitions.

Olivier joined SUEZ in 2000 and prior to joining Ecova in the United States as the CFO, he held the position of CFO for the GDF SUEZ Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) Business Unit (BU) where he had responsibility for Back Office, Middle Office & Risk Control, Business Control, Process & Internal Control and Technology. Organizationally, Olivier has been part of multiple teams at GDF SUEZ headquarters as well as GDF SUEZ Energy International Business Line and the GDF SUEZ LNG Business Unit. Prior to joining SUEZ in 2000, Olivier held multiple positions in Europe and the US within the banking and energy industries.

Olivier holds a Master’s degree from Solvay Business School at the Université Libre de Bruxelles. After spending a year in the U.S., Olivier returned to his native country of Belgium. Olivier speaks French, Dutch and English and enjoys spending time with his family, wine tasting and reading historic fiction.

MARTIN SIEH

CHIEF FACILITY OPERATIONS OFFICER

Martin Sieh is responsible for leading the operations, sales, and product development teams that serve our clients across the globe – delivering energy and sustainability solutions, driving insight and action worldwide. Martin is leveraging 25 years of experience in the energy and sustainability industry along with organizational and people leadership skills, Martin delivers a market leading client experience with world-class efficiency and process control.

In the five years since joining Ecova, Martin has held leadership roles in the Sales and Client Management organization as well as the Expense and Data Management operating team. Most recently, Martin was focused on developing Ecova’s global expansion strategy.

Prior to joining Ecova through the acquisition of The Loyalton Group, Martin Sieh was a founder and chief operating officer of that organization. While at The Loyalton Group, Martin lead the company as it grew its energy management portfolio to over $5 billion, taking a market leadership position in several vertical markets including Hospitality and Sr. Health Care living.

Martin holds a Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from North Dakota State University. When he’s not traveling the globe supporting Ecova, he enjoys time outdoors near any form of water – lakes, rivers or streams – as long as he is boating, fishing or chatting by the campfire.

MARK ANDERSON

MANAGING DIRECTOR

Mark joined Ecova, Inc. Limited as Managing Director in August 2014 when it was Power Efficiency. He is now responsible for operational delivery and maintaining excellent relationships with clients and suppliers for all Europe. As well as building and maintaining talented teams, Mark ensures that Ecova’s systems and processes keep the business at the forefront of high quality, innovative service delivery.

Prior to joining Ecova, Mark was responsible for strategy and M&A at Cofely UK and before that worked in various strategy and performance improvement roles in Balfour Beatty. He was a strategy consultant with PA, where he worked on corporate strategy, business unit strategy, and performance improvement in a number of industries.

Mark graduated in Natural Sciences from the University of Durham and holds a Diploma in Corporate Finance (ICAEW). His young children keep him busy outside work but he sometimes finds time to sing in choirs.

CHRISTINE PAUL-BRAY

DIRECTOR, INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT,SALES AND MARKETING

After helping to define and build Ecova’s international strategy and business plan, Christine is now leading the effort to expand Ecova, Inc. Limited’s client base into Europe and beyond, ensuring the business achieves its goals and targets.

Christine has more than 10 years of experience in the utilities sector. She began her career as a Strategy Analyst for SUEZ, and developed a passion for new technologies and sustainability in the utilities sector. She advanced rapidly, becoming responsible for the company’s Investment Committee and worked for the Executive Committee. Christine joined Ecova in 2015 to lead business development efforts outside of North America.

Christine is fluent in five languages, and has lived and worked in Germany, France, the UK, Spain, Syria and Indonesia.

Christine holds a Master’s degree in International Commerce from Sciences Po in Paris and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Cambridge, UK.
